Cmas came early!!! =)

Cmas came early....Jerry bought me a Canon Digital Rebel XT slr camera fro cmas....and i've already taken over 190 pics since i got it replaced (they sold me a used one that had already had over 1700 pics taken on it...oh and on top of that...i found out it had that many after i had already taken about 300 with a photo shoot i did with destini)
I really love taking pics and have wanted one for a while...so he got it for me....wohoo...i love my hunny...he spoils me soo much...lol
well he's yelling to get busy and stop playing on the compter while he works so i'm gonna get off here....

soo exhausted

I'm soooo exhausted (but in a good way). Just got home from church a little while ago...had 6 kids today....very loud & very busy. Johnie (my brother) & Alex (preacher) swapped out ac units this morning so we could have some heat....(the heating unit in the old ac went out...great right? esp since we''ve been having some unusually cold weather here lately)
all the kiddos were saying..."it's cold...can u make it hotter?" so after they got it working we told them thank you and clapped for them....and then new heater works TOOO good....it actually go so toasty we were at the point of turning it off but church got out.

speaking of the nursery...I love my job there...and several people had heard from the other lady she prob. wasn't coming back....then after everyone started telling me how great it looked, she decided sunday (last wk) that she was coming back...so my last day will be Dec 31.

oh...and the evil rabbit was back again....someone donated a bag of stuffed animals...and there is this little bunny (fits in the palm of my hand) it's white with glowing red eyes

(see him in he center)....i've thrown him away 3 times at the church (even tied the bag 2x's) & brought it home (in a bag with other toys to toss) and it always shows back up...it's freaky...soo mom took it home to dispose of him this time...maybe he's gone....who know's...
he reminds me of a bunny on some scary show i stumbled across one time that went around killing people (he was a vampire or something like that...weird & freaky)

oh and one of the little girls brought me a cmas gift today... it was sooo sweet of her...isn't it cute....


i opened it when i got home....(yeah i know it's not cmas but i wanted to be able to thank her) and it was the cutest little box...the perfect size {i've been looking for one i liked}to hide my rings from my klepto kitty (she likes to steal anything shiny & has already stolen jerry's wedding band...still haven't found it...i caught her with my solitare ring )

ok...let me just say ....it's freaking cold....
we don't have a heater right now (when we got the bigger ac..it didn't have heat {which is why my folks got a new one anyway}) so the house has been freezing....i've got 2 space heaters going...i don't think it'd be as cold as it is but jerry still has the ceiling down running wires for the plugs & putting the new lights up in the backroom (former master bedroom that became a guest room/junk room and is becoming a craft/sewing/scrapbooking/office/storage/photo shoot area)
we have the new windows in...and the new door outside....have a tub in there but no sink or toilet yet (oh and since there was mold in the sheetrock wall between the back room & bathroom and i wanted a new tub and there would be no way to get one except with that wall down anyways...we did the bathroom to...)....my backroom is gonna be my butterfly room
and the bathroom is gonna be an underwater theme i'll post pics when it's done...promise...

anyways...if it's gonna be this cold...it needs to do this ~~> lol

ok...i need to get off here and go clean up my displays from my scrapbook open house yesterday...then let jerry think i'm working but actually i'm gonna scrapbook & get the cmas gift i'm doing for my sis & sis-in-law done (if y'all are reading this...forget u saw it..lol)

update on adoption: still have plans to start march 1....still trying to raise the funds so we don't have to "charge" the expenses (which some will be on credit anyways just to get the cashback..lol...gotta help pay for things anyway we can)

if all goes well...hopefully by next cmas we will have a little one scampering around playing with the ornaments on the tree along with the kitty....

things are gonna be busy busy around here in the next wk or so....but i'll try to be back on here sooner....love y'all & thanks for reading
